Welcome to PNP-LTMPC

Philippine National Police Lakas Tulungan Multi-Purpose Cooperative

Serving those who serve the nation with integrity, financial empowerment, and strong cooperative values since 1960.

Our History

Founded on June 01, 1960 by a dedicated group of officers at Camp Crame, the Philippine National Police Lakas Tulungan Multi-Purpose Cooperative (PNP-LTMPC) stands as a non-stock cooperative under the laws of the Philippines, governed by the provisions of Republic Act 2023.

Formerly known as the Philippine Constabulary Credit Cooperative Union Inc. (PCCUI), the cooperative was formed primarily to support its members. Our goal has always been to encourage thrift, promote savings, make credit available at reasonable interest rates, and educate members on the wise use of money and the importance of paying just loans.

On October 02, 2000, PCCUI officially changed its name to PNP-Lakas Tulungan Multi-Purpose Cooperative (PNP-LTMPC), expanding its scope in recognition of its rapidly growing membership from allied agencies and services.

Who We Serve: Today, the PNP-LTMPC proudly caters to over 16,000+ active members. This includes uniformed and non-uniformed personnel of the DILG Tri-Bureau (PNP, BJMP, and BFP), pensioners, members of the Philippine Public Safety College, and the Armed Forces of the Philippines.
